Connecting the Dots was the main topic of the third Global Leadership Meeting held in Barcelona on 28th – 30th of June.

An important milestone in the company’s journey to outline and reach its full potential both as Alfasigma and as a team.

Originated from the union of the two key themes of the meeting, innovation and collaboration, the expression Connecting the Dots represents the Alfasigma of today and tomorrow: a company that is no longer vertical, but a reality where everyone gets involved.

During these two days, Alfasigma's Global Leadership Team discussed strategies, objectives, and future challenges with debates, interviews, and frontal presentations. The GLT members got involved themselves with an afternoon workshop run by Atul Khosla of Leadership et Humanitè. A key moment to involve all management and position them as facilitators of this process and path towards the future.
